There are hereby established for the use of and the service rendered by the Frankfort Water Works the following rates and charges, based on the use of water.


(A)

Next 55,000 cubic feet $ 1.98
Next 65,000 cubic feet $1.77
Next 132,500 cubic feet $1.62
Over 265,000 cubic feet $1.45

(B) Minimum Charges
Each user shall pay a minimum charge in accordance with the following applicable size of meter installed, for which the user will be entitled to the quantity of water set out in the above schedule of rates.
