Beginning in Early 2011, Frankfort was reduced to one treatment plant, while waiting for a new plant to be completed.
Results will be shown for Entry Point #1, with Entry Point #3 being added once the new plant is online. Entry Point #2 (the old downtown plant) is out of service and will be demolished this summer.
